Designed to embody luxury, The Chedington is located in the prestigious North York area and consists of two buildings, 1 and 2 Chedington Place (known as Chedington I and II). Residents enjoy a suite of premium amenities including gyms, pools, saunas, concierge services, visitor parking, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

The Chedington is proud to have had its riders represented at the Paris 2024 Olympics, with husband and wife team Tim and Jonelle Price representing New Zealand, and Chris Burton representing Australia. Their successes have also included a runner up finish at Burghley Horse trials 5* and in America at Maryland 5*.
