About B Streets Condos - 783 Bathurst St and 10-20 Loretto Lane

Located on Bathurst Street near Bloor, B.streets Condos are a new urban residence designed to capture the charm and appeal of the Annex neighbourhood. The boutique 8-storey building is a playful combination of dark brick and lighter precast, creating a cube exterior that plays with contrasts of dark and light. Repeated bays articulate along the Bathurst facade, modulating the length of this primary urban street wall while allowing retail spaces at ground level to organize the project’s public and private circulation.

The designers, Hariri Pontarini Architects and Cecconi Simone, have also created a master plan that optimizes the existence of an on-site laneway to effectively choreograph pedestrian, car, and parking access. This strategy allows the upper levels to set back from the façade, forming outdoor terraces that make good use of the city’s urban grid.

This travel-friendly zone is served by the Bathurst subway station across Bloor Street, and a variety of bus routes that run nearby. For motorists, Highway 427 and Don Valley Parkway are easily accessible by car.
