About Artworks Condos - 130 River St

Artworks Condos is a new pre-construction condominium developed by The Daniels Corporation and located at 130 River Street in Regent Park. It is scheduled for completion in 2022.

The project will feature two towers that rise out of a four-story podium. The western tower will be the shorter of the two at 11 storeys, while the eastern tower will stand at 32 stores tall. Both towers will be clad in brick to blend in with the heritage neighbourhood. There will also be retail spaces on the ground level that will face Dundas Street East.
