Currently in pre-construction, 100 Simcoe St is a condo project by BentallGreenOak located at Richmond Street West and Spadina Avenue. The 59-storey tower will feature a mix of 524 condo units.
The building is scheduled to be completed in 2022. This upscale tower will offer residents a range of condo amenities, including a fitness centre, a rooftop terrace and a club room.
A 4-storey parking underground garage is also planned. The building is situated in the Bay Street Corridor neighbourhood of Toronto, close to several major shops, restaurants and schools.
