1 Eglinton Square is a mixed-use development coming to the area surrounding the Eglinton Square Shopping Centre in Clairlea Birchmount. This project is being built by KingSett Capital and features designs from Quadrangle Architects.
The development is currently in pre-construction and will include five blocks of mixed-use towers, ranging from 25 to 40 storeys. It will also feature stacked townhouse rows totalling three storeys each.
This new condo and town proposal will consist of a total of 1541 units spread across a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom suites. It will also include space for retail and office use.
Located on the corner of Eglinton Avenue East and Victoria Park Avenue, this new development will be near the new Eglinton Crosstown LRT, which will make it easier to commute around the city. It is also close to the subway and GO stations and a variety of shopping centers.
